  • The applicant must be customer-service oriented.
  • The applicant must necessarily be a computer literate.
  • An intermediate to an expert competence in the use of MS Office is desired.
  • A minimum of 2.1 degree in any course from an accredited University is sought.
  • A minimum of 5 credits in GCE, NECO, or any equivalent in one sitting is also required.

The graduate trainees will be taught to adhere to various work roles in the Stanbic Corporation in context with the increasing levels of complexities they would have to face. The applicants need to be dedicated towards building a high end career in the Stanbic IBTC Bank. Also, the trainees will be based in Lagos but the graduates may be deployed to any department and locations all across Africa.
